Solid...perhaps a slower start than earlier anticipated but wow! Flying!! My golden year was age 62...now 64.5 years old...I was blessed to break 20 for 5k as I'm typically upper Regional Class...loved the Park Run while in London at the outdoor Olympic bike course...love California though...fantastic race under 22 minutes after what you bern through...tremendous feeling to break barriers! I’m 20 and much slower than you 😂 this vid is awesome, 22 minutes is my goal 5K so I looked up a POV to help visualize running at that pace. You make it look natural.

Well done Donato. Really good, solid run. Just trying to imagine how many people you passed during the 5k? Got me thinking why you didn’t start a bit further forward? Ps. Somebody put link to the fasted UK ParkRuns (according to Power of 10). Worcester Pitchcroft came in at number 49.

Thank you Colin. It’s a difficult one to gauge where to start when I am having a progressive run as so many start way too fast, so if I’m towards the front and I start “slow” I would be getting in their way at start
