I am impressed by Maruti Suzuki's K12N and K15C engines for its decent performance on road and mileage in Highways.

i felt the video is very short . the mentioned 65 engines spoken in 51 minutes is not fair for automotive enthusiasts like me and should have been at least 2 episodes of 50 minutes, so that you couldve spoken about each engine a bit more.. respect for this content and the effort . ive been following auto channels since my twenties , this is the best channel in terms of technical elaborations of cars. i am a tamil and luckily this channel also in tamil is very easy to understand. i wish a very big success for your channel and team... thanks..

As usual super review. I own a diesel Compass, your observation is correct, best engine, best seat is the driver's seat. Meridian is not just an extension of compass, it's suspension is different, it's a different car. It is suitable for occasional 7 seater. Still better than many other seven seater interms of performance, luxury...

I have driven the 1 litre k series engine ohf Maruti for over 1.6 lakh kilometres...what an engineering Marvel is that,..had taken me to many places on different terrains...now the k12 series in wagonr with Amt also an amazing combo....thanks MotoFm team on this podcast... very informative

My favorite engines among the cars I have owned so far is the 1.6 tdi . I now have the 1.5 tdci ( Ecosport) and the 1.0 tsi ( Taigun) AT. Cheers! Keep up the good work. MotoWagon Asir is in the main reason on buying Marazoo, when I'm hesitating about the 1.5 Litre Engine, I saw many reviews and one of them was Asir's video as well. Now we have completed four years, after driving this diesel engine, skoda's engine is not giving satisfaction to us. Especially after fourth gear the performance kicks in. Usually I never drive more than 120 to 130, this time when I'm traveling to tiruchendur, it touches 145+ easily and still it provides power. After 150 I stopped pedaling due to safety reasons. I never thought that, this engine will perform this much.

1.2Kappa ☺️That too In Nios fact is old 1.2 is Much More Eager and ready to go kind of one but nios bs6 is underpowered in low end it lags like anything but if it crosses 80+/2 rpm nearby then it runs like anything and main thing is this engine is not tuned for fuel efficiency nor power delivery 😅 Somehow a good engine from Hyundai

Small trivia about 1.2 K series. Some of us might know the original engine is 1242cc K12B which was destroked for India under 1200cc and named as K12M which recieved updates like vvt. Later the same engine was launched with dual jet and smart hybrid in Baleno and sold alongside K12M but it sold very less in numbers. When BS6 was implemented smart hybrid was removed and launched only with dual jet in swift and dzire later it was brought into baleno. Currently all 1.2 k series are K12N with 90ps but the interesting part is from ignis as mentioned in the video. Ignis runs on K12D which is a successor to the original K12B engine but now it is 1197cc even in international version. Tricky thing what Maruti did was this K12B has mild hybrid as standard but only the Indian version of ignis is sold without shvs. That's why we can still see ignis with 83ps engine. It is the same as K12N but technically it is the non hybrid version of K12D. Sounds confusing ?? That's what maruti has done !

Wonderful comparisons!! Also the vehicles they were fitted on and it's performances. Nowadays only petrol engines are being manufactured. But in the case of M&M they have varieties of tuning in 2.2 segment diesel, definitely M&M will be the benchmark. Citroen if they prolong without discontinuing will succeed. The suspension is the best👌👌👌.
