Thank you my brother for these videos. I just bought the same utv and I am finding that everything needs replaced. Uhg! You do things like i do, correctly!! It's has saved me some time watching your progress on this machine. Very expensive rebuild this time. I should have done research. Thanks again, i appreciate your professionalism and expertise.
Consider using a liquid case-gasket I believe you have a tube of Moto- seal😅. It is Designed to seal machined surfaces. Excellent content. Side by sides are popular and Utv’s are sought after. I feel you can name your price on this one when done 👍
Wow that clutch was bad, how does it get so bad with the low mileage. Maybe a lack of oil changes. Unbelievable how stiff that timing chain was. Whoever buys this is going to get a great machine once you're done with it.
I will. I just took the top end off to put in the new valves that are arriving today. Didn't realize the long head bolts were single use until I heard you say it in the video. Now I have to order a set. I will take a picture of the door today and send it to you.@@RCBGarage
