They finally have the continuation of the Matt Smith episode. He and Rory and Amy were heading there after "The Big Bang" episode.

They could have quite easily used a clip from the Doctor and Perkins' first meeting - maybe it's just me, but I always look forward to seeing the pre-titles on broadcast

'I'm sorry, madam, which man?' 'No, it's not a witch man, it's a mummy.' Also, the actress who played old woman was previously in the Curse of Fenric where, funnily enough, her character died when something (two possessed girls in fact) towered over her.

Guy Henry The two girls ARE Haemovores! They simply weren't fully transformed yet! Proof: "The Haemovores started life as humans, who were changed by other Haemovores. At first, the only signs of change were pale skin, large red lips and sharp claws. They still had their minds and memories, but a more feral mindset. As they aged, their appearance started to change: Their skin grew slimy and wrinkled, their eyes were swollen shut and their mouths turned into suckers for feeding.
