【Mocomichi Style】#68 Fluffy and thick rice omelette
【Ingredients/amount】For 2 servings
Chicken thigh---1/2
Onion---------------1/2
Garlic----------------1
Bell pepper-------1
Brown mushroom---3
Olive oil-------------------1 Tbsp

Salt and pepper------------a little per each
Consomme powder------1 tsp
Tomato paste---------------1〜2 Tbsp

Rice-------------------2 cup
Tomato ketchup---2~3 Tbsp
White wine--------1 Tbsp
Egg-------------------6

Cream----3 Tbsp
Milk--------3 Tbsp

Butter---2 Tbsp
Italian parsley (chopped)---desired amount
Grated parmigiana cheese----desired amount
【Cooking process】
①Cut chicken thigh into 1 - 2 cm pieces, chop up onion and garlic, cut bell pepper into 1 cm pieces, slice mushrooms thinly.
②Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry up chicken thigh, add onion and garlic, add and fry up bell pepper, mushrooms, and A after bringing out the onion and garlic flavor.
③Add rice and fry it up until it became dry, add tomato ketchup and white wine and mix and fry them up, decorate it on 2 plates.
④Beat eggs in a bowl, add half of B and mix it up, melt butter (half) on a frying pan and pour it in the pan, finish it up with fluffy texture (make two of it)
⑤Cover ③ with ④, pour milk (desired amount) over it, sprinkle grated parmigiana cheese and Italian parsley, place some tomato ketchup on the side.
【Tip】
*You can adjust the amount of tomato ketchup and paste as much as you want.
