Congratulations on the 500!! I'm glad you stripped the hood. This way you start with a good base.

It must be hood week....well for me it'll be hood month as I have a 400 hood that looks like it was used as a trampoline. Not sure where it came from but maybe it was used for a race car, then got in a wreck, then beat down to get it latched...lol. Let's just say most people would just buy a new 400 hood! I'm a glutten for punishment though. Especially in this heat..... it's fun! Seriously, get those electrolytes in you!
