The new SEPTA Metro way-finding promises to make Philadelphia’s rapid transit much more user friendly to navigate, replacing the incoherent names and numbers with clear and concise color coded letters.
Today I check out the first station the new branding is being used: 30th Street, which has recently been renamed Drexel Station at 30th Street, following the purchasing of the stations naming rights by Drexel University, whose campus is located in the area around the station.
I was impressed by how SEPTA Metro has been incorporated around the station, and I can’t wait for the SEPTA Metro to be rolled out to the entire network!
