【Mocomichi Style】#69 Tartar sauce dish with tuna and avocado
【Ingredients/amount】
Tuna(red)---1 block
Avocado----------1/2
Shallot-------------1
Caper--------------2 Tbsp
A)ーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Dijon mustard---1 Tbsp
Mayonnaise------2 Tbsp
Grated lemon skin---a little
Lemon juice------------1/4
Italian parsley (chopped)-----desired amount
Grated parmigiana cheese---2 Tbsp
Olive oil---2 Tbsp
Salt and pepper---a little per each

Purple chicory---2〜3
Baguette(diagonally sliced)---8
【Cooking process】
①Toast a baguette.
②Cut tuna and avocado (removed its skin and seed) into 1 cm blocks, chop up shallot and caper, put them all in a bowl.
③Add A in ② and mix them up, add diagonally sliced chicories and mix them all up.
④Decorate the baguettes on a plate and place ③ on the side. Decorate purple chicories and Italian parsley if you want, sprinkle grated lemon skin, pour over oil.
【Tips】
*Arugula or your preferred lettuce would make this dish more stylish.
*You can also use your favorite seasonings such as lemon juice, wasabi, soy sauce!!
