【Mocomichi Style】#061 Chicken steak with salsa sauce
【Ingredients/amount】
Chicken breast---1
Salt---------------------a little
Olive oil---------------1 tbsp
White wine----------2 tbsp
Purple onion--------1/2
Cucumber------------1/2
Avocado---------------1/2
Red chili pepper----1
Italian parsley-------desired amount
Coriander--------------desired amount
Tomato-------1
Capers--------2 tbsp
Lime-----------1

・Salt and pepper------------a little
・White wine vinegar-------1 tbsp
・Olive oil-------------------------60 ml

【Cooking process】
①Poke chicken breast with a fork and sprinkle salt, fry up both sides with olive oil in a frying pan, turn down the fire power, add white wine and cover the pan, steam it for 7 - 8 min until it heats well.
②Slice purple onion, cut cucumber and avocado into 1 - 2 cm dices, cut red chili pepper in half and slice them, chop up Italian parsley and coriander, cut tomato into 1 -2 cm dices after removing its seeds, chop up capers roughly and put all of them in a bowl.
③Squeeze half of a lime, cut a rest of lime into quarter-rounds and add them in ②, add the lime in A and mix them up to make salsa sauce.
④Decorate the chicken steak on a plate, pour in the salsa sauce colorfully, pour over olive oil (desired amount), sprinkle the grated lime skin.
【Tips】
・Adjust red chili pepper to your desired amount. You can substitute it with Japanese chili pepper, chili powder or tabasco, if you like.
・It would be good to fry up chicken with garlic or garlic powder.
・You can also use white fish, beef or pork instead of chicken
・You can use the removed tomato seeds for side dishes like a tomato sauce.
