Not to be the fun police, but don't go too crazy with grippers. For the hands to be healthy and strong, they need to be worked through a complete range of motion (i.e. fingers open). You can get rubber grip trainers that have slots for each finger to add variable levels of resistance. Basically you want to movement to look like you're opening your fingers wide, then closing them as if eating rice with your hands 😅 That aside, the stache is a strong look for you!

Hahaha you crack me up mate. It's shocking how hard they are to close isn't it. When you're able to close the blue one 15 times in a row in each hand, you should be ready to move onto red. I was so happy when I managed to close the red one. I can only do it once with my dominant hand though despite being able to close blue very easily.

I remember when i went bald. I found this channel watching some videos and while i was watching a video i started shaving my head. However the first time i took a blade to it, i used a Gillette proglide 5 blade razor against the grain on my african American hair. 😂😂😂 let's just say ingrown crunch bar city all over my head. Super duper painful ha but i did it because of his channels encouragment.

ye mate, you need stronger grip than that 😂 if person struggles to close 150lbs thats means, he will also struggle with pull ups. I'm 6.1ft, 180lbs, 33. I close 200lbs for 1rep, 150lbs for 30+ reps
