It's a beautiful job you did and the performance is stupendous! But I realize I and asking four years later, but wouldn't it be wonderful if the builders of homebrew projects like these could show off their craftsmanship as well. @@glatta0 well, Greg, that makes two of us! It is incredibly complete and, by any measure, a wonderful resource for building these fine classics of 1950s and 1960s amateur radio tube architecture.
very nice build! If a kit was a available i would buy it in a heart beat. It's so hard to restore old radios from ebay...and this would be so much better.
I had just sent back a brand new dial like that to Rex Harper W1REX. He had given me one but I did use it and told him maybe he could find someone who could. It was still brand new in the box.
