Very appreciated po lahat ng design nyo, Sana po mag design din kayo 40sq meter sa ground floor with garage and 1 room, and 1 T&B at 4 bedroom sa secod floor with 37 sq meter with two toilet also, and 5 meter sa rooftop or roofdeck. salamat po

Hi Po… i so love the design and nakaktulong sya ma buo ang simple dreamhouse namin.. Sana ma feature nyo din po ang 4x9 ang lot and with gate? 3 story 1st floor: kitchen, living and common bathroom 2nd floor: master bedroom, 2 rooms and cr 3rd Floor: laundry and patio ♥️♥️♥️

Reminded me of our plan to build a triplex sa lupa namin. Hope you could help us plan it. The lot is at 120 - 125sqm, triplex, 3 rooms, 3 floors pero roof deck yung sa 3rd with car park if possible. Thank you and more blessings sayo.

The design was very nice, thank you for the ideas. Can we request design for 34sqm 6x6 We are planning to build a house in a backyard of a main house. Ground floor - bare/raw receiving area for guest when there is gathering. 2nd floor - living room, dining in front. 1 room loft type, cr, kitchen. Entrance with terrace and front view should be living and dining room. CR under stairs with laundry. 3rd floor - 2 bedrooms 1 master and 1 loft type for kids, rooms can be divided with slide door so it can be one.. with also terrace from masters.. kahit 1 slide door lang and terrace. Thank you... Sana mapansin/maconsider nyo po ang commet ko.. God Bless..

Sana na feature mo yung request ko na 6x10 2 story with parking kitchen and living room sa ground floor, 2 bedroom 2nd floor. And a roof deck, half covered with a living room and kitchen and a sliding door for the rest of the deck. Thank you sana mapag bigyan mo request ko. God bless and be safe.
