Happy Wednesday! I hope you are staying cool on these hot summer days. I appreciate the seasons as they pique my curiosity for what's next to come.
There are so many unanswered questions when it comes to inclusion. Hence, we make space to ask questions to address our assumptions.
Here are some examples.
--- WHAT DO WE DO TO CREATE INCLUSION: We plan efforts, observe those efforts, and reflect on what we received from the action.
--- WHERE DO WE CREATE INCLUSION: We create it professionally and personally to become an inclusive person versus doing inclusive work.
--- HOW DO WE CREATE INCLUSION ON THE SLOPES: We reframe the culture with an inclusive lens while depicting the value of inclusion.
We ask questions to gain insight into solutions. With inclusion, there isn't a one-size-fits-all considering needs do change. Our connectivity to address these needs is essential.
