8.9.2024_Daily Assessment_Inclusive Life to Fullest

Happy Friday!! I hope you are having a maximized end to the week. As the Olympics finalizes, I love witnessing people leveling up by giving it all they have.
In Phase Five: Daily Assessment of the SWORD Inclusion System, we recognize the value of each day that we are more inclusive. We gave it what we had.
Here are a few tweaks we make in our interactions.
--- TALK WITH VERSUS AT EACH OTHER: Effective communication begins by building on each other’s ideas to ensure we are clear on our stances.
--- MEETINGS WITH AN OUTCOME: Meetings are more effective because they are inclusive. We get things done because we know who can do it!
--- ACCOUNTABILITY FOLLOW-UP: We support each other in reaching the goals that we co-create.
Inclusion matters because we can accomplish so much with it. I’ve lost count of the transformations I witness.
