My nausea returned the last few weeks of pregnancy too! I have the same car seat, it's a challenge to install! We had to bring it to local EMS to install it for us.
When I was in labour I felt like I was going to vomit, ended up not vomiting but then my bowels completely cleared out! Sounds like you could be getting close 😬👏
I assume you know about free car seat inspections and installation assistance? You didn't say anything about going to one of those stations, so I thought I'd mention it. You should just be able to google your area and a bunch of stuff comes up. I googled stuff near Des Moines (not sure if you're still in Des Moines or outside it now) and got this link and some others: www.unitypoint.org/blankchildrens/central-car-seat-installation-assistance.aspx Even if you think you got it, I'd still try to get it inspected if you can find the time, just to be on the safe side!
