Have injector 2 & 8 code in IDM 2 & 8 Failed Buzz test & contribution , replaced IDM, still runs the same Truck has 92k & also never injectors Shop says needs injectors, I don’t think so Believe this may be this fix Thank you

Took me months to track that down. But I found it. I think they call that the uvc harnesses.

got a 99 7.3.. just acquired the truck abandoned. been sitting few years. mouse chewed glow plug wires at relay. and the icp wires. fixed wires and a new icp. it fires up with a misfire it seems. has a 10 switch tuner chip that makes a difference for a sec then back to same. have not driven truck bcs its missing still. I found a quarter on passenger side. ill ck driver side next time I get a minute to pull driver valve cover. thanks for tips. thinking of unhooking the tuner chip. can they go bad and cause a misfire?

I have a 97 F-350 4X4 7.3L it is unsafe to drive, as it just quits driving down the road, then it won't start for 1 to 2 hours, and then sometimes it only goes 1/4 mile and quit again or sometimes it will go 200+ miles but we never know when or where it quits, sometimes it has codes one is P1316 and another code, and the parts store looked them up and said that one code list 28 parts it could be and the other 30 parts, he said that's 90% of the engine!! I took it down to the rip-off places near me that charge $250.00 just to read the codes! Saying that's Diagnostic fee, and gets a "OUTRAGEOUS" $150.00 BUCKS AN HOUR!! NO ONE DESERVES MORE THAN UNION PAY OF $25.00 PER HOUR!! Especially when they charge to replace a part they say will fix it, and it doesn't fix the problem!! Called Ford they won't even look at it, or even give me an idea of what it would be... So I will NEVER EVER buy a Ford again!! I called the Chevy dealer near me and said I had a 97 pickup truck and they said bring it down! I'm Handicapped and on a low fixed income and after replacing 3 parts that "THEY SAID WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM" and spending thousands of dollars and finding that I could have bought all those parts for under 100 bucks on the internet... I need to help my neighbor go from Vegas to NH to take care of her sick sister and she has her grandson with her as well, so this needs to get fixed... So I need someone that has had this problem and list what fixed it... Or get someone that will fix this for a reasonable price, and I will film it... Please Help...

im reading 57.7 ohms on 3 outta 4 on driverside bank the other is 2.7.is this because i got the engine soaked?the truck runs like shit and comes up idm failure.not sure what to do

I wish I would have known to check the 42 pin connector first, it's easiest to get to. If that is bad then check the connector you show, before going under the valve cover if necessary.
