Phenomenal video, just one thing, after replacing my turbo yesterday due to chewed up turbines, i winced seeing you run that engine without the filter🤣
This is why I fix my own stuff. I’ve been in the auto repair business for 25 years and seen some bad stuff. Tire shops aka Firestone, Goodyear never ever take your car to the mechanic training ground places like these. Pay the extra for a dealership tech to fix it right and not throw crap parts at it and will probably save you money in the long run.
my 7.3 was draining the HPOP reservoir, after a lot of diagnosing i decided to check the injector o-rings and whoever worked on it before did a terrible job since only seven out of eight had been changed. injector number 4 had very old o-rings, that was the one that failed, and the rest looked newer my guess is o-rings were not changed because it is harder to remove and reinstall than the three in front. i could tell that injector number eight was not torqued to specs because the bolt was easier to break and when it was removed it turned out it was carbonized since the copper washer was not sealing
Always love factory rims or slightly larger.... none of the rim/bead stretching shit like that was in the back of the truck.... all I know it's about looks for some, but it really serves no purpose other than being a larger liability at bending a rim in the event you take a turn too tight, clipping a curb/pole/tree/rock... always hated them, would usually see them more on pavement queens than anything else. P.S. do you still got your Tandem Axle F-150?
1:06 Hang around Orlando Florida for a few and you'll see that stupid wheel-tire trend and demon-camber style that certain cultures take great pride in. I don't understand it either, but it's all a phallus-size contest if you ask me.
