It might not actually be M80 ball but a variance or some sort. A lot of "ball" 7.62 NATO has a bit of weight variance, and it could be my mistake for calling it M80
@@BuffRANGE .308 Win FMJ BT most common bullet weight is 150 gr. Is that a same bullet, where does the difference in weight comes from? Maybe just from thickness of jacket...I found something even more strange. Military manuals from 1980s state that weight of standard .50 BMG ball is 710 gr. But today military .50BMG most common ball weight used is 650 gr.
@@imeprezime1285 Typically jacket thickness, or lead/core density? M33 ball in 50 BMG can weight anywhere from 630gr to 660gr. Quite the allowed variance
You’re not wrong. I appreciate the accessibility of what CrossFit brought but overall the Methodology that boxes tend to stray to is all about over exhaustive workouts with very little progressive overload. Little time spent talking about good form. The sport of CrossFit allows too many of its participants to cheat movement standards. I find myself rather just enjoying moving weights from A to B. I don’t care for snatches but I do enjoy strict handstand pushups and pull-ups. I do enjoy being in a class like environment from time to time too.
