Today was a rough day. This video was not easy to record nor to post for you all to see. Depression is a disease that has plagued me for a great majority of my life so to be in this state of mind again truly hurts. But I am on the path of healing myself and will become better even though I feel weak. For anyone who knows how it feels to be trapped and a slave to your own depression , you are not alone.
