I Am suffering from break outs a lot i have got cystic acne ..... white heads black head... idk what to i do for my skin . I had ordered plum glycolic acid toner for my skin which made the situation worsen .... Plum glycolic acid toner has a lot of fragrence in it... aa lotttt .. So i came to a very basic level of skin care i just use gentel cleanser from Klim klin salycilic acid face wash (my dermatologist recommended that to me ) , rose water , 1% niacinamide serum and aleo vera gel , and sunscreen is must !! but it isnt working for me at all . I am breaking out as hell i have white heads all over mh chin and nose....i even tried teritonin tube which was also a recommendation from my dermat it just peeled my skin more and did nothing for white heads ... I m reallly confused what to do ... I neven experienced this kind of break out in my life ... I just had a breakout in my summer vacations in 2018 then ...in 2020 i got so many pimples .... idk what to do what to use.... I get heavy breakouts in summers ..... i want to use salycilic acid serum and all but i m confused what if it makes my skin worsen . I am totally depended on u now!! Well i have combination to normal skin..in summers it is oily and in winters it it dry . and i just hit 18 this march... i even exercise daily and eat healthy and daily i have fruits and drinkwater a lot .so this isnt any kinda hormonal imbalance ...
