Hey folks, Nick has an updated Best Creatine video with new picks! Check it out here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o9Zx9ip1keM.html&ab_channel=BarBend
Actually it us just an advertisement video. There is no laboratory tests in his video to support the fact that this or that brand is better. U will be surprised if check the tests for each brand and figure out that some has no creatine in it.
Love this video, straight to the point and honest. Doesn’t just promote whoever he’s sponsored by. You can put as many ads you want in your video, I’m glad to support you.
SOLID vid on Creatine AND in general. To the point, citing stuff the companies say as well as noting the effects and possibilities of other materials these companies put in. People should follow your example.
Honestly what I've learned is always get creatine that is manufactured in Germany. Monohydrate is the most common and best but polyethylene glycosysted creatine is said to be a very effective form. And drink plenty of water.
Maybe it’s just me and my body type or something, but Muscle Techs Celltech and oddly Six Stars X3 worked amazing for me - I went from a slim 155 to a filled out and bulked up 175 in a matter of about 4 months- I tried out a lot of others- Universal, C-HCL, Muscletechs Creactor, Beast, etc. I’d definitely recommend Celltech, but if you want to save money then X3 is also a great product for me- great gains from these two.
Great review. I'm glad I found your videos. I purchased the muscle great need on your review. Can you do a video on mixing creatine and coffee? There isn't a lot of information available. Your reviews are thorough and I trust you'll be objective.
Hey glad you like the video! I actually wrote an article on creatine + caffeine a couple of weeks ago right here! barbend.com/creatine-caffeine/ - Nick
I use six start creatine and I like the fruit punch flavor better than the pills . its the best that I've come across so far . and I also take N.O. fury before working out along with 1000mg vitamin C , Iron and magnesium and that combination together makes a very noticeable difference with me .
@@Barbend creatine is a cheap supplement, different company's have different prices for the same amount of servings, what's is considered a good price for 500 grams without it being a rip off ?
I’m new to body lifting and a young adult, I’m mostly looking for mass gain (ofc mostly muscle) and I don’t really know what to decide on so can someone please recommend one, thank you
I probably won't get a reply but if so I have been building muscle since I was 11 and I've got some pretty bad genetics it takes a long time for me to build muscle and I want to know if witch one of these would help me best I've spent a lot of money on creatine with very little results I've only used monohydrate what product would be best please help
Hey Brandon. At your age, you really just need a good strength program and plenty of food. Work out the calories you need and eat that. Creatine monohydrate is fine. About 10% of people don't respond to creatine, so maybe that's you. But most important is to get in your calories and your workouts. Do that and you'll see more progress. - Nick
@@Barbend thank you I might not respond to it I've been working out for 5 years and been using creatine 1 and a half so your probably right thank you I will start doing that thank you
@@Hot_Rod_lincoln u said u have been training for 5 years since u were 11 so u are 16 now and u saying u have bad genetics bro ur testerone is not that high at ur age when u started but at 16 or 17 u ll start making the gains just trust the process because it takes time
@@thevibestation5174 I have three slipped discs that flare up here and there. I only run 🏃🏻 but would like to get into weightlifting to change things up. My back also hurts from sitting long hours. Been hearing creatine can actually help with back pain but never tried it before. Which brand do you use, how often and how much? Thanks
I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge diet, I started gaining muscle fast!

Monohydrate is supported in research as the best. No other form matters in any way or adds benefits lol idk why these RU-vid wannabes keep saying newer creatine is better. Oh yeah cuz they are promoting so they make money. Dug
Appreciate video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Chireetler Muscle Array Rule (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one off guide for learning how to get massive arms without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend Sam after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.
Trying to decide if I want to go with the Cell Tech or just go straight with the Optimum Nutrition micronized. I can get two 56 serving tubs of Cell Tech for $75 (buy one get one 1/2 off right now) or one 380 serving tub of Micronized for $40-$50. I just started bulking a few days ago after losing 40lbs.
I’d say think about it based on your goals- I bulked up over the course of three to four months- and then maintained it. I used a combination of Cell Tech and Six Star X3 to bulk up, and then maintained the levels with Universal. If you want to bulk up then the extra ingredients that come with Cell Tech and X3 are a huge help.
Just stick with good ole creatine monohydrate. It’s really all the same. Just different brands. 5 grams is all you need a day after loading phase. You technically don’t even have to do a loading phase if you’re not in a rush. I brought 200 servings for $20. If you’re already eating a lot of protein, you’re getting creatine from chicken, beef, and other sources anyways, so the purity doesn’t matter with that German bullshit that costs more

@@wreckless1870 it tastes ok for a creatine but it has bad ingredients. I believe it has a lot of fillers in it but they also use red dye n.40 which is bad for you.
@@ft1955 lol so the word nerd implies I am scrawny? Lol also its a RU-vid name your name is FT but I'm assuming you're a person not 2 random characters from the alphabet? The troll is weak in this one..
