26 weeks w/ baby 3, and my sciatica pain plus my right hip pain is a lot! I would love to see a modification for the side planking one- this one is pretty hard to get into if you are already in pain.
I see all the other comments here thanking you for this, and I’m just going to add that it works postpartum as well. I’ve been dealing with this pain from the middle of pregnancy into 6 months postpartum and I’ve tried every other pregnancy and postpartum stretch video I found. Some have helped, but this is the one that finally got my muscle to release my nerve and gave me complete pain relief for the first time in almost a year. Thank you, I’m actually crying lol 😂

Do these stretches work if the sciatica pain is unbearable? I couldn't even move the other day without screaming and crying. It's not as bad now but still very painful to move

I tried multiple stretches/exercises/pain relief movements recommended by others but got virtually no relief. This exercise/stretch routine, however, gave me great relief! Thank you!! Any reccomendations for hip flexor stretches in the front that also won't irritate pubic symphysis pain? I know you're supposed to avoid bilateral/lunge positions

I just did these stretches and boy did they feel good! I’m not pregnant, but I have been dealing with sciatica for years!!! And, I have been flare ups lately, along with really tight hip flexors! This was really good! But, I will opt for my percussion gun over that painful foam roller…lol. You look good and I can’t believe this is your third child…goals for anyone who is wanting to be a mommy! Mine is grown and I’m too old to have any more…congrats to you young lady! Not sure is it just me, I suffered from minor sciatica and in 23 weeks pregnancy. Just tried few stretches following the video and I end up in tears couldn’t stand up at all, took me 15 mins with my husband’s help to stand up from the floor and now I am in pain more than even :( I really hope this work but I am scared of trying other exercises without going to check with a physiotherapist
I got this pain today that seems to be sciatica, and I just youtubed it to see if I could find any work out methods that would help. Your video is the first and only I have tried so far, and it immediately helped! 😍 The pain isn’t completely gone but it sure feels way better! 🥰
Ive been dealing with sciatica for nearly five yrs and now im 22 weeks pregnant. The pregnancy has made it really worse along with pelvic girdle pain. But these stretches really gave me some relief. Thanks a million!!!!!! Also do you have anything for pelvic girdle pain as well.

Never in my life have I experienced such pain. It is so bad I can’t even sleep or walk. It has made me very emotional but I will give this a try and hope it helps me 😭
Wow! I wish this had been around with my first! I’m on my second pregnancy almost to the second trimester and I have had pain since nearly the beginning. I just finished these stretches and I don’t feel any pain right now!
This video helps in explaining and the excersise seems good..I just needed modify ones been having so much pain unable to move my right leg am 30 weeks on second pregnancy never experienced this type of pain before ever😢

In general, pregnancies are considered full term at 37 weeks of pregnancy. You should not try to induce labor before late in the third trimester!
