So S-corps are doubled taxed too?? 🤔 that’s new to me. I get it the wages are taxed and then the profits…but I wouldn’t consider this double taxation though. Now with a C-Corp it’s definitely double taxed. Nonetheless good video 👍🏾
What kind of things that will not allow me to start my s-corp,or llc ,i just applied for my profit corporation and im still waiting for the approval the site did say they are a little backed up right now so i understand the hold up for that but i still have the whole what if I get turned down scenario running in head ,so if you can let me know what are some reasons for not being approved to start my business, because this is one of my big goals in my life that I'm set on doing because i want to be legit and enjoy the benefits of my hard work, thanks for taking the time to go through my question, and great job on this informative video
