Hey hey ✨ I'm popping any GWI solo eps over here - GWI eps will be a little less curated and edited and a lil more chatty and slow! Interview eps will stay podcast only! Also: I think I overdid it a little in December so I'm being super easy on myself now that Jan has hit - I wanted to go hard on the Jan content but I've realised that.. I need to chill out and take it slower than I did in December. In saying that, if you want more of me, I did release the 15-day consistency course over on the Intention app and it's an absolute bop: www.theintentionapp.com/ - I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone who's trying to be more consistent this year!
how can we help? i don't understand why your channel hasn't blown up. your content is so high-caliber & among the finest on youtube... your messaging is so important & needs to reach more people.
This is so kind! I really appreciate the thought and the kind words. I'm so happy to feel like a lil hidden gem for some!! There's no need to help me though; that's kind of supposed to be my job; I'm just not as into optimising as I need to be to do that!! Even if my content just deeply vibes with a few people, I'm super happy to be able to have an impact.
Um I love these podcast style videos??? I love that your speech isn't rushed, the communication feels more authentic and overall they just help me resonate with the content a lot more. Yay for Grow With Intention!! ✨
I don't know what it is about these solo episodes, but I relate SO HARD to everything you say. It both makes me feel validated and also hopeful, because your ideas and perspective seems actually doable ❤
I agree it’s easier to listen to at this pace. I stopped watching her videos a year or so ago when they were sped up because it was uncomfortable at that quicker pace
Thanks, love your videos! Will definitely be adding the ones I've haven't read yet to my audiobook list for the year! [[If I may make a suggestion? Would you please boost the volume on your videos? Today's especially was really quiet, so I had to max the sound on my device (which made the commercials deafeningly loud). Thanks!]]
Whaat!! On my phone this video is actually louder than normal to the point where I was like eeek might be too much. Can anyone else confirm that they had this issue?
Can you see my question.. Could you suggest which book from this list or others can help with inaction caused due to uncertainty of path or ambiguity in work ? Also to build competence that build real confidence ??
Hmm I can’t off the top of my head - when you say uncertainty of path what exactly do you mean? What does ambiguity in work mean exactly? A lil more info might help! A book called ‘the pathless path’ might be a good fit but it’s hard to know without more context 💛
@@muchelleb Yes i mean I'll be job hunting for a job from next month onwards after a big career gap of 5 yrs due to family reasons in my field of AEC construction as hvac engineer fresher but with internship knowledge so it makes me nervous when there's no exact route which decides the successful outcome ? Could you help in this scenario with any tips...
i'm reading back up by liam mannix, which talks about the latest science on back pain. It talks about how all pain is generated by the brain and sometimes you feel pain when theres no injury for different reasons. very interesting stuff, it sounds like the way out has similar information
with Talking to Stangers topic .If you hear about Yes Theory channel. co-founder of Yes Theory and author of 'Talk To Strangers'.- Matt Dahlia wrote the book. Check this one out :D
Loved the video! I added them to my reading list and actually just ordered The Way Out... I've been struggling with some stomach pain for the last few years but was always too busy to invest time into it until last year. This year my main goal is to figure out where this stomachache is coming from and I feel like this book is a great addition to learn more about pain. Thanks for the recommendation!
This list is top tier - exactly the type of content I am looking for. I wish more self help content were gearing towards building connection and community like you are instead of them focusing so much on individualism, financial stuff and productivity. I relate so much to your content!!
Loved these recommendations, some of the best books I have read has been because of you recommendation! Currently loving the book: The anatomy of peace by the arbinger institute. Similar idea about communication as the books you described for relationships & forgiveness.
