I think Seattle's engine specs are some of smartest I've seen. Short OAL in part d/t a short bumper, short WB, top-mounted panel. Practical & safe for an urban environment. Pump operators are more likely to get run over than anyone since they commonly walk around the engine at the fireground & civilian drivers are often ogling the fire rather than watching where they're going.
