Keep your eyes up!
Pound the ball as hard as you can!
Cross the ball as FAST as you can!
Mistakes are ok... that is how you get better. Challenge yourself with this drill.
Drill 1 - Pound, Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands :49
Drill 2 - Pound, Cross, Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands 1:02
Drill 3 - Pound, Through Legs, Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands 1:15
Drill 4 - Pound, Leg, Back, Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands 1:28
Drill 5 - Pound, Back, Back, Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands 1:45
Drill 6 - Pound, Scissors, Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands 2:03
Drill 7 - Pound, Behind Back Pass - 10 reps w/ both hands 2:20
