I’m 15 and my father has begun investing in commercial real estate. I was so fascinated and he has taught me a lot so far. I am now starting to get even more into it and wanting to learn more. I’m gonna invest in commercial real estate when I’m older!

Greetings Peter! I wanted to tell you thank you for putting together this informative video. Count me as one of your new subscribers!! I've been doing residential real estate for a 2+ years. Before that I was solely involved in vacation rentals/ property management.. Where I live and work in South Padre Island, TX, the market is considered a resort / second-home market. A lot of people who look to buy here not only want to enjoy the house or property for themselves, but also know how to generate a rental income, know their break-even point, etc. Some of these terms you explained have been very helpful in conveying why South Padre works as place to invest. People who buy here also got to have a love for the beach, sea, and outdoors! The heart! I also loved the analogy of the building (property) as the heart and the cash flow as the blood circulation.
