If you think that way, failure is usually eminent and I say that with all due respect. I understand your reluctance but you can't allow fear to stand in the way of financial freedom. Thanks to Peter, I have purchased properties in MD and FL and I have one under contract in SC thanks to Peters expertise. I have looked at probably 25 properties and it has not only been fun but a true learning experience.
