We are on day 7 of our challenge! Woooooo! I hope you have found this series helpful in re-inspiring you in your practice, keeping you accountable, or maybe even trying it out for the first time. In this final meditation we will be using breathwork, specially alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana), to help us relax our minds and bodies before we drop deeper into our silence. As we find stillness, I encourage you to use your own affirmation or Sat Nam which calls upon our highest/ truest self.
