This was doable for a beginner like me. I love how you brought us to a place of gratitude to complete the session. The nostril breathing was very balancing as well.
Thank you so much for publicly sharing your experience with mama ayahuasca, Promise. I love that one of your first statements in this video is the notion of mutual calling when one is feeling inclined to imbibe the substance - it confirms what I was already firmly feeling which is that she is calling me just as much as I’m calling her into my existence. Madison pointed me to your video the other day when she and I were safely processing a lot of our darkness with each other, and I’m just SO glad she did. You are yet again symbolizing a timely augury in my life and I can’t praise you enough for the courage and the bravery you are tapping into as a fellow truth-seeker. Blessings abound you my sweet soul sibling.🙏🏼
you are a lightworker for sure, able to bring so much light into the world, and i agree that sacred plants reflect your inner state, keep shinning in light sweet
This is why you don’t talk to women these days. Putting his darkness on you, ok. We go to ayahuasca to process darkness. You could have never gone through what that individual has. Fuck your intuition.
Namaste Beautiful Soul... I will be attending an ayahuasca ceremony in 2 weeks and am doing the research and beginning my cleanse physically and am meditating with more intent. I so appreciate your video. I have seen many talk about their experiences, but I felt a kinship and resonance with you. I am living in Mexico and have retired here. I didn't know anything about ayahuasca until 2 years ago and felt that calling and here it is. I am so grateful that you shared your experience and that the universe brought it across my path. I hope our paths will cross again. Blessings! Namaste!
I’m very happy you resonated with what I said and I really hope it was able to give you some insight and preparation. I’m excited for you & your Ayahuasca journey! All the best to you 🧡
Hey, thanks for sharing, i really wanna try it and been doing some research, did u see how it was made? Or prepared? How did it change you? Sorry but i really have so much questions 😅
Haha no problem, I think it’s a great idea to do your research before going in. From my understanding, the Shamans typically mix the Ayahuasca with another plant medicine (I forget the name) to enhance its effects. I didn’t see my shamans prepare it… but I remember asking them about the process of making it. I had a great experience with my Shamans and liked that they wanted to be as authentic as possible…. but to be honest I would recommend going to Peru. I would say it changed me because it brought to light my subconscious deepest fears, as well as my strength. It solidified my belief in the power of our minds creating our realities. Also, sounds simple, but also helped me realize the power of CHOICE we have and the power in that. Choosing a past trauma, and allowing it to replay over and over in your present life, or simply choosing to change it by changing yourself. Hope that helps!
@@PromiseHolisticHealth thank u so much that was really helpful, yes hopefully i will be able to go theere soon, ill keep doing my research in that time, those are important things you said we need to get over and fix and realize the power we have oveer our mind and life. Its hard work although it sounds easy.
Another wonderful, peace inducing meditation. I came into it stressed and worried but before I was halfway through I felt peaceful, secure, and positive. Thank you. You have a gift.
You are never alone!! Bobby and I are always game to drive you crazy to where you're BEGGING to just be alone! But in all honesty, great advice sweetie!
I'm really glad to see that you were able to take a look at your life and regain control! As a recovering alcoholic I can absolutely relate, I'm so, so happy for you!
Thank you Promise! I too struggle with perfectionism. Being school right now I’ve struggled and had to rebalance as I’ve realized how striving for those a’s is harming my ability to be present with my kids and my mental health. It takes the joy out of learning! Thank you for inspiring me to continue on the journey to be authentically me 💖
Thank you so much for sharing Hannah. It can be so easy to put this unnecessary pressure on ourselves.... but life is so so much more enjoyable when we just let go and strive for balance rather than perfectionism! You said it exactly- it takes the fun out of learning. Sending you love 💕
