Amazing I'm going to try all of these....I'm 365 days a non vegetarian from karnataka ..my husband is a tamilian who love veggies more than Meat or chicken. And hence I'm here watching your videos....to learn some veg recipes for my daily cooking. Thank you for the videos...i hope I have these videos saved forever .. Hello Geeta ma’am, I prepared poricha Kuzhambu today for lunch. I used potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi as those were the vegetables I had in my fridge. Let me tell you, the Kuzhambu turned out so tasty and flavourful. We loved it. Thank you very much for this wonderful recipe!! 🙏

Amma, I made brinjal kuzhambu for day before yesterday's dinner and it was a super hit. Everyone loved it and also asked the recipe. It was simply delicious!! Thankyou amma! :)

Very nicely explained and presented mam. The mangalore southekai sambar was same as i make. We callbtje more kolumbu as majjige huli in mysore blore side. For this we dont add Ginger. Instead we add some dhania seeds raw and little jeera. For tempering we only put mustard seeds and red chillies.
