The change to t6 quests is the one change I dont like. Cuz whats the point of doing them then? By the time youre doing them, you dont need any of the loot from it. Having them drop t6 items was a cool touch that gave a good reason to do those quests. And it's not like the trader reward is anything special either other than the occasional legendary part
After playing some of the new version of 7dtd (before this update) on my series x the only thing I really want for this game is couch co-op. I understand that it still probably needs a ton of optimization just for it to run fluidly for single player but I want to relive the days playing legacy version with my younger sister. Besides that they are doing a fantastic job with this game and I’m excited to see how this game evolves further in the future.
@@ZeroTwo-pi7ms the only thing I really care about is my frames for this game on PS5, id usually get random fps drops and when there's more than like 7 fucking infected I can count the frames per sec. Soo did they fix any of that?
@@novacore4597 That’s probably something that is going to be worked on over time. The lag doesn’t bother me too much since I’ve played offline for about 2 years. I haven’t played since the 1.1 update released but you gotta keep in mind of how raw of a game this is. We’ve got a long road ahead of us before this game plays flawlessly and until then we just gotta make the most of it.
Na. Giving the Q6 stuff away was not a good idea. We should have to work for it due to the additional buffs. And it's easy to just nerd pole up to the main stash in some POIs to cheese it.
They are not making it easier to be stealthy. I've tested this. They are making the zombies more aware of the player. Gone are the days where you can walk up to a zom and shoot it in the face 100% of the time. Sometimes they detect you and sometimes they don't. The zoms will also hunt the player much more agressively.
Try specialising in stealth using the Assassin armour set. I have been running the experimental version as soon as it was available and my agility build hasn’t suffered at all. You even have an awareness meter now that shows you the additional noise/awareness that a particular action supplies to the overall areas “awareness” an example would be having your head lamp on or swapping from a tool to a weapon. The bottom line is if you are moving about in anything other than light armour ( accept Assassin which is medium ) and you are not kitted out with muffler mods and the stealth boot mod then crouching is not going to cut it.
@@NastyPasty1123 Of course. I have a maxed out assassin character with Q6 assassin armor. I noticed that the zombie awareness is higher. But, I think what players need to understand that there is RNG for the awareness now so, results will vary as we crawl though the POIs. I really like it.
@@FantasticMrGhost I fully agree although I believe there was a touch of the rng before in A20/21 before the new armour system was implemented. I should have taken a clue about your play style from your name lol. I thought you were one of those guys who go clanking into a poi in heavy armour with zero points in agility complaining that stealth isn’t working. My bad :)

@@TheFallenSithMaster The front iron sights are like 3 inches long, and you aim down them at a 45-degree angle. You can't tell me it doesn't look goofy.
One of my complaints is mostly the crashes. The frames drop horribly in the cities and when a bunch of zombies spawn during quests the game completely crashes. It stopped playing until this gets fixed. They kind of were lazy with the optimization.
@@jonathangomez1172 I have the same one t then my motorcycle disappeared it seems to be buried or just gone the icon is visible on the compass but the bike itself has disappeared
@@helyrivera7328 I'm on xbox and me and my budy both have experienced this glitch where our mini bikes disapeared after getting booted. His was about 150 metres down the road where he came from and found it right away. Mine was on the map but no where to be seen, so I abandoned it and after atleast a week in game I noticed the map icon changed locations so I went there and I was able to recover it and all the dang ammo I had packed up for a horde night lmao. You should find yours eventually!
Haven't checked it out myself yet, going to tonight. A couple things I wish they would fix, the noise from solar panels running is way to loud and very annoying after a while. Also only being able to have 2 players on series s is just ridiculously bad. I destroyed a house in navezgame and built my own with a gyrocopter runway on roof.. unfortunately a I fly towards my new house, the old house is what you see until last min them it disappears and my new place pops up, by then you can't set up to land. Kinda pointless.
Did they fix the drone issue? Drones are temporary and will disappear on you 15th-30th login. once it disappears you can no longer have a drone. attempting to place another drone and it states too many drones are already placed in world....hince temporary drone for first time users. Same thing with vehicles and the icon stays in world but vehicle gone...but you can have as many vehicles placed down in world.
@@denomac1740 they fixed it in 1.1 patch. I was 10 minutes in and flying gyro when all a sudden a gyro fell out of the sky....it was the gyro that disappeared with drone...then drone was following me...its fixed I suppose. However they buffed loading time by 4x
I just hopped back on to test the game (PS5). This might be a placebo but the frame rate “feels” worse even when my monitor is reporting 60fps. I’m not sure if this is frame timing (I have no way to test that) or if it’s in my head. The traders inventories are buffed though. Two of the 3 traders I’ve checked so far have had tier 6 solar cells and all of them had multiple solar cells. Excellent end game duke sink instead of smelting them into brass. Oh first load in took a very long time. As my save updated from 1.0 to 1.1.
I've heard recently something along the lines of each mod would have to be authorised by the console company(?) which is why you don't see much in the way of mods on console games.
@@Granniepower201 i’m seeing it on PS. it’s incredibly slow to change to anything and it often gets stuck animating the item before the one i selected so i’m trying bust open a box with my pick but using say my knife for a second or two. they need to kill the animations as you go through the hotbar to get what you need. i just blast everything with my m60 now.
Yep. I’ll hit the bumpers multiple times and it won’t go, or one click will go two, and It delays when switching..if I go from one tool and trigger to fast I’m still on the same tool instead of switching
I really wish they wouldn't make stealth more difficult. That is my favorite build to play. If they take away stealth and the ability to sneak up on zombies, it takes away a lot of the fun for me. It wasn't broken. Every stealth game I have ever played allowed you to sneak up on enemies. If you take that away, what is the point of having stealth at all? I wish they would just add a stealth difficulty setting in options. Then everyone is happy. You will not disappoint the stealth peeps, and those who want to turn it into a broken stealth system can have what they want, too. Practically no real stealth. I get tired of those who do not like stealth ruining it for those of us that prefer that style.
You can thank the people who liked to brag about it to the whole yt or reddit. They should've kept their mouth shut. However, it is easy to earn 50-100 k once you hit tier 5 and 6.
Hope they fix the world loading, cant make a second save as it says free space needed or required while i have a small spot open and it wont let me make a new besides making a rangen world. Dont know why it cant be at least additional save slots to use than one
What's wrong with the update? Have you went through any POIs with 1.1 installed? I found the stealth to be more balanced. The random aspect to zombie detection is really fun too.
@@GinSoakedBrain I have not I just liked the stealth system and didn't think it needed changes. I may yet be proven wrong. 7dtd takes too much of my time per session so I will have a go this weekend.
I'm looking forward to the new weather system, random gen and the new wardrobe system which I hope is manikins for amour🤞 and the dlc stuff I don't mind giving back to the fun pimps with the amount of hours I have played the game over playstation playing the legacy version then moved to pc now im on xbox so I have brought the game 3 times id like a disc version😂
I feel the stealth is half broken because it feels like some zombies are programmed to wake up as soon as you enter a building while others stay asleep in stealth mode.
The only thing I noticed was the new sounds for the scorched zombies. I think the loot removal late game was talking about things like stone tools and pipe pistols. This is good as I am level 40 and I was finding a lot of stone tools yesterday in loot crates and such. I do like that the chainsaw and auger was boosted 20%. My current playthrough I am a ways away from power tools. I think I just got steel tools.

I really hope this update helps the PS5 frame rate because every time my buddy and I would go to the waste land it felt as if we were playing on the first concept of a toaster.
One thing that I tried to do I play on Xbox series S is sometimes I like to listen to music in the background. I like to listen to SiriusXM on the console and play the game at the same time and seven days to die when I was doing that it made the game really buggy and laggy and I was listening to music on the Xbox and playing the game at the same time so I could hear the music but also I could hear the game if any zombies tried to bite me in the back I did try Listening to Spotify on PS five when I was playing a game I was playing skull and bones but I don’t like listening to music on the PS five and playing online at the same time. The PS five doesn’t have the play in the background capabilities the same as Xbox because when you switch to the music from the game and then go back to the game. It kicked you out of the game server on the PS five Xbox does not do that and it’s probably has something to do with the I forgot where that thing is called but you can go on Xbox go into one game and then go to another game and then go back to the other game you’re playing and it will still be there the PS five just closes the game down

As a server runner I hate the fact they got rid of Bedrock building material which I always use to protect server essential buildings (above and below ground level) we use and rely upon being there undamaged... BRING BACK BEDROCK !
I know it wasn't on the list or probably won't be on the list of things that they address but I wouldn't mind them adding fire because I seen a fire mod for 7 days to die that Burns down buildings and I also wouldn't mind It's been figuring out how to add at least 30 players to the game and maybe some mods Or a settlement system for the mid to late game That allows us to recruit n PC's to become settlers at our base so they can maintain on the annoying stuffand we don't want to do like lake game farming or water resource collection or repairing the base where there's spots and then giving settlers different skill sets and capabilities like the players do but to stay at home and give us like I don't know maybe raids I'm in PC raiders to go in attack if they try to attack our stuff come like what we deal with and fallout 4 but without the annoying Preston Garvey 😅
I found a legendary M60 & the auto shotgun in separate air drops, I'm keeping the m60 for a friend and the auto shotgun is what I was going after next so now I have it before I'm supposed to.
425 hours on PS5 and I haven’t had a crash yet. I can’t believe a game in “beta” is more stable than Skyrim on its 12th final release at this point. Edit : Sorry just check 442 hours. I should probably go outside.
I'm crashing after I get done playing the game and then losing half my stuff and I'm on PS5😢 Plus I have 500 hours into it and now they're starting to cut back on tape. I have already made the drone level 6 😢
How come they arnt addressing the frame issues when in urban areas in late game for consoles? Iv lowered size and everything load intensive but the game is just so poorly optimized it just doesn't run late game. I refuse to play until this is addressed.
Ive been loving 1.0 on xbox, but it has very frequent frame drops. More annoying than anything. Ive had the storage box glitch, which super sucks. I hope they keep the updates coming.
I wish they actually would have updated the game. Creative mode is still half done. Can't "God Mode", "invisible", "Dev Tools" why so many limitations.
I wish there will be much better performance. Atleast some choice of performance mode and quality. I woudl like to have like low quality shadows or overoll more lower graphic quality but solid 60fps and less sutters. I love this game but sometiems in big city its joke when nothing happen and its feels like 30 fps and sutters all together. PS sory for english
Talk about timing. I just crafted a thousand doors to try out the glitch then logged out for a bit knowing when I got back on I would rent the vending machine. And then before I could get back in.... Update, lol. Now what to do with all the doors, lol.
I would like them to increase the damage of the Chainsaw to zombies. I'm tired of zombie games with chainsaws that do crap to zombies. I am even a tool build. Just make it call more in. I am perfectly ok with that result.
@Spartan85 and I love the M&K support on Xbox, but you have to keep a controller powered on so that's a pain. I've had my controller turn off in dire situations.
