Yeah for 600 bucks... better off pushing for a forge and making your own. Buy 3 waters for $360 if you absolutely must and make charred meat. I refuse to give them 600 dukes for a shitty pot!

@herogibson 600 is a lot early on! Especially when you may need ammo, books, or armour... I just never makenit a priority because I can, and do, survive easily without spending the money... 600 is 2 vehicle books, or weapons books...

I absolutely loved this beginning. It was much more intense because of how weak you are in the beginning, so anytime Glock's stamina got really low, it was a chance for the cop to sprint and then explode in his face, thus ratcheting up the tension. Also, I love that intro! I love it when G9 does intros like that, it's hilarious, funny, and just really neat.

Every trader has a cooking pot. For pretty cheap. I’d just buy that instead of wasting money on drinks . Also sells cooking grill for cheap to.

I had a steel spear with perpetrator perk maxed and never had to fire a shot during 64 zombie horde nights. It'd oneshot 2 or 3 at a time and every kill filled your stamina bar. Very op once you get there

I've been a fan of the spear since the re-vamp. A great use of it is after a small hole is punched in a metal door, jam that sucker straight into their faces. You can get some quick safe hits in that way.

I know it might not seem like it, but EVERY weapon mod (with exception of silencer) adds flat damage. You can put the red dot on the rifle for a couple of extra points of damage. Similarly you can put the shovel mod on the spear and get extra damage.

honestly corn flakes are pretty viable if u are playing in wasteland since there isnt a lot of meat, and u will have enough cash to buy several water filters fast or even get a helmet water filter mod. cornbread is a minimalist in between untill you can grow corn and potatoes and reliably pump out hobo stew any other biome and it's a lot less usefull as you will rarely use it.

@Glock9 never disappoints with his original ideas for 7days playthroughs, thank you! Currently I have my own playthrough also focused on perception and agility and oh my God, spears are underrated weapon in this game. It becomes exponentially more powerful once you get to at least level 3 spears and start using iron spear. Spear books give great perks, after all books collected, you restore 100% stamina after kill. Spears also cripple zombies 100% after they fall down. So my suggestion: I would put all points into leveling up spears, stab cops until they want to blow up and finish them with rifle to the head to get that XP.

I like perception because of lucky looter and salvage operations. The salvage is good for early game money. The lucky looter is good for getting lucky!

You get a good amount of experience upgrading blocks. Even if it's just upgrading wood frames to Wood. You could do that until you're able to kill the cops outright.

aim for the heads to take them down efficiently. you need to get over the health treashhold of them starting the explosion and their remaining health in the time between. early game that really is only possible by spraying, but with a sniper you definintly have to go for the head at least for the finish off.

you could make it that it is ok to store things at the trader, and maybe you pay a fee for it, so you don't have to carry everything with you and/or loose important parts. then you can travel to traders to retrieve what you need for crafting.

Love the idea. Maybe add another challenge. Higashi had the how much brass you could find challenge. This one should be how much cash you can find. I don't mean dukes. Cold hard old money. Gives more credence as to why the cops are after you, cuz you're robbing every cash register and ATM and bank out in the world. Can't use the cash though. That's your final score when you end the series, lol.

Looking forward to the series and I think for an early game weapon against cops the spear is a very good choice. A stun baton might be better but not likely to find or get one of those for some time.

It seems like stealth perks would help, it's not a fantastic skill tree, but killing on your first shot might just be your only source of xp! Plus sneaking is stressful in a fun way in POI

I play on Xbox so I don't know what all you can/can't do, but why not find some out of the way POIs and place caches all over as you move along and consider planting the seeds when you get them too so you can get something to eat after you pass back through
