I came across your video. Idk how old you are?!!! I'm 54 years old. I use to use Revlon Color Stay back in the early 90's for years. They change the formula big times. Back then in the back of bottle it said must apply in 60 seconds. If not it would just dry n stay in that one place. Don't get me wrong. I loved it. I always had compliments on my face.
The Revlon Colorstay foundation was the first foundation I bought with my own money twenty years ago, so it's really nostalgic for me and I've loved all the reformulations throughout the years. I'm glad to see you using it because it doesn't get the attention it deserves. I'll see Emily Noel try it again every couple of years, but no one else. I also love the Milani liquid foundation and I keep repurchasing it because it's so good! Nyx hd pressed powder is a fav and I also have almost all the shades of the Revlon Satin Ink lipsticks. If I could have only one lipstick formula, it would be the Satin Inks. I have the Maybelline Vinyl Inks as well, but I prefer the Revlon. I love your kitty and I watch on a big TV and I was showing my black kitty, Simon and he was trying to touch Salem on the screen. I had two stray black kittens start hanging around my house and I was easily able to get the first one I named Simon, he wasn't scared. His brother was way more cautious so it took weeks to get him to trust me and I named him Cooper, so now I have them both and they're so happy together.
I can’t believe you’ve had your cats for 6 years! I remember when you got them! My favorites lately have been the rimmel lasting finish foundation and stay matte powder (recs from emilynoel83), catrice under eye brightener, maybelline brow fast sculpt, morphe filter effect concealer, and honest mascara for lengthening. Last favorite isn’t drugstore but the Laura geller best of the best full face basics palette. They always run really good sales on their website and it’s my absolute favorite. The shades in it are perfect for me and I rarely wear anything else, even though I’ve had it for over a year
Julie some of my favorite drugstore products for my normal /dry skin are: Neutrogena healthy skin liquid make up in buff. It is a dupe for the Nars light reflecting foundation. I wear the one for everyday and the other for evenings out. Also love the Covergirl cheekers blush for a topper in rose silk,beautiful sheen and no glitter. Powder is Maybelline Fit me in translucent. Love your videos, style and your fur babies!!!💞 💜
I couldn’t skip bronzer. I love the look it gives. I do love blush though so it would be hard to pass it up 😂 And speaking of bronzer….my favorite drugstore product lately has been the Nyx Buttermelt bronzer! It’s so smooth, I love the rosy undertone, and the light scent is pleasant too.
My favorite foundation for my 67 year old skin is LOreal True Match. I started using it after it was repackaged with a pump. It can be built up easily.
My favourite concealer is the Makeup Revolution IRL. I saw Risa Does Makeup say it was her favourite and I love it, I’m on my second tube. I do have that Maybelline concealer, it’s okay, but I like the Revolution one more.
Hi! I’m currently loving my Almay smart shade foundation. It comes out white and adjusts to your skin tone. I do mix two colors for the perfect match. I top that off with a loose mineral foundation like BareMinerals. This combo is perfect for the summer and gives such a beautiful finish. I also love a bright lip especially if you have some color.
Hi Julie. I’m with you.. I definitely love a good bronzer! Other products that are a must have for me are under eye concealer, foundation/cc cream, brow pencil, lipstick/balm, mascara and setting spray. Salem is so cute & cuddly! I’ve been using Revlon Colourstay for 30 years. I must admit though, I’m loving g my new foundation from Rimmel. It’s the long lasting foundation. It feels lighter than the Revlon and I have a perfect colour match.
Great video! Love your make up look and your cat :) I've been learning a lot about the color seasons and because I'm a winter, it's very difficult to make bronzer work. They are usually too orange, yellow or brown. So I use cool toned blush instead. I use a tinted sunscreen Instead of foundation in the summer. Powder, lipstick, mascara, blush, brows and eyeshadow. If I have the time I can add on a lot of products LOL
I really like the Maybelline dream matte mousse makeup. Wish they never did away with the blush because it was so good. Anyway, that has amazing coverage. It’s been around a long time but I love it and there is also the revlon illuminance foundation I like and the Rimmel lasting finish and the cover girl outlast and maybellines fit me is good. Elf camo cc cream original is good. I have a lot of foundations that I need to get through. 😬 And I have high end but I won’t mention those. But I will say my ultimate favorite high end is the Estée Lauder double wear foundation. That is my ultimate favorite one and my no fail and know it will work every time. I want to say the ulta complexion crush foundation is a great affordable one as well. My favorite is the revlon color stay too but somehow I accidentally got the one for normal to dry skin and need the combo one. Been using that half my life. I really just love the Maybelline eraser concealer. It’s just my staple and I do love the elf hydrating camo. We are all in search of a flawless complexion. 😂 thanks for sharing ❤
