Have you tried the L’Oréal lipstick that is like the Maybelline vinyl lipstick where it stays put? And then the L’Oréal liquid blushes? They look so pretty and the blushes especially look fool proof vs the very pigmented ones like Rare beauty, but I haven’t seen many using them on beauty channels to see what they think of them yet. You are a true neutral if you want to know. In the winter you are your typical skin tone and you lean cool, but summer you seem to tan easily. You definitely aren’t warm. It would be cool to see a your friends, family and you go to get it professionally done. I powder with the puff ever so slightly and it does look way better and more airbrushed vs having your pores on blast with the dewy setting sprays or Illuminators.
Julie, what shade do you wear in the Revlon Colorstay and do you order the combo to oily or the dewy version? I haven’t bought it in years and don’t remember the difference of the two formulas. Wondering if the dewy is more on the greasy side or just a little more of a luminous? I can’t do greasy. Lol I got the Maybelline rose gold shadow because of how neutral it leans instead of warm or pink and it is so beautiful. I would love more recommendations from that specific brand, in single shadow.
I had a color analysis done years ago, I’m a winter, and I was born in winter, my sister is a fall and she was born in the fall. We thought that was interesting, completely coincidence. I got a color analysis online after my sister recommended it. Color Guru I think. I will say you cannot unsee your analysis once you see it and mine was not what I thought it would be, but man, the accuracy was crazy spot on and I even have to admit wearing the colors recommended only proved how accurate the match was. I think everyone should have it done😂

I love that palette. All of the older palettes are better than their new ones!! The Naked palette was my very 1st expensive eye palette. My 1st cheapy to practice with was WNW 9 pan ugh. Starts with a C i think and had that pretty green/blue brown in it. I think it was in 2014 or so that i started wearing shadows n stuff.

Nude glow is one of my favorites!! I've been wanting the tarte bloom palette for many years. The wnw breakup liners are really good. Essence highlighter is 1 of my faves. Never tried a flower blush. I keep forgetting it. Lol. Great look!!
Congrats on the new job! I'm sure you'll do great. You'll be really busy with the wedding coming up at the same time. I love the hair color but I love it both ways. I'm thinking the darker color increases your contrast which is great for an autumn. I'd love to see your color analysis in the future. In case you're not able to post much I just want you to know I've learned a lot from you especially about makeup technique. My eye shadow especially has been turning out great when I try your recommendations. I've also been really encouraged to see how long cosmetics especially the powder products can last.
