I'm 14 and had the right hand elbow fracture. I fell because of soapy water on 27 November. On 28 November, Dr told to get operated. On 29 November, I had an operation. Now I'm following daily physiotherapy. It hurts at my joint. So should I tolerate that pain or not and how much time will it take as there's no swelling? Please reply. Sir, have found your tips very helpful. Thanks a lot. When doing stretches (active) the elbow's range of motion improves, but again in morning it reverts back. So what can be done. How long it takes, I am doing exercise since 1 month. Elbow sling was kept for 45 days.

I had started following your videos, I’m doing this flexion and extension exercise twice a day daily, and my elbow is bit swollen, is it normal?? Or should I take a break from my exercise???

Had a radius head fracture 10 days ago, 4 days ago surgery Mason 3 with 4 screws 2cm in the head . The Chirurg and doc say 14 days cast than I can start ex-flex in physio and another 14 days than I can start suprination and Pronation. Isn't that too late?
@@ftroop9851 thanks for asking. I make slowly progress by physiotherapy and soft exercises at home, the pain is no problem anymore, I accepted him temporarily and he is leaving slowly . I have probably 80% of my mobility back , but can't fully stretch or bend the arm yet and iam not allowed to move any weights or do body weight training for another 4-6 weeks. You have the same injury?
@@ftroop9851 yes 2 weeks after surgery I was driving and shifting again with the cast on, and now I can drive normally again without the cast protection. Greetings from Germany

Sir my wife is undergoing physiotherapy after elbow dislocation. The pain is unbearable and ice is of little help. 1) Is there any other way to reduce pain ? 2) How long will the therapy last ?
Icing is the safest way to reduce pain. However, you can talk to your therapist to progress with exercises a bit slowly. Having said that, it may take 2 to 3 months of therapy session

It's helpful. MY Plaster removed on 19th October so now al most 5 weeks completed. Almost many work am able to do slowly using my fracture hand but my elbow not yet same as another hand. How many days it will take to normalize.
