I agree!! I love their passion for wanting to alleviate pain to anyone they can reach. It is obvious they are good friends, and that is nice to watch, too!! ❤
Thank you dearly for these, severe arthritis in hands and wrists, just bought the Irelieve and will loyally follow the exercises also. Found your channel last weekend, and praying for functional hands without surgery I'm giving it a good 2 months and will report back!❤❤
Thanks for this video guys I always appreciated it. You all have always provided me with helpful tips throughout the last few years with my injuries. I can’t believe I’m 28 and I’m looking at a video on hand and finger pain but thankfully there’s solutions!
These are great hand exercises! Thank you Bob and Brad! I also find that when I wake up and my hands are stiff, I will open them as wide as possible and just stretch all my fingers and thumbs as far as I can to get a good stretch going for 10 seconds. Then squeeze them shut for 10 seconds. I repeat this a few times until my hands are working normal for me.
I have the worst hands…I over use the soup out of them I from think (at least my hands think that). Had surgery on one finger and two thumbs. Love the exercise plan. Once again we find you fellas lifesavers!
OK. GUYS I really need some help, I fell & my head hit a door hinge, Blood running down my face for almost 3 hours! I didn't have my cell in my hand, after 2.5 hours, luckily, landlord heard me yelling, 'HELP' & came inside to help me get up. Still bleeding! My adult kids took me to ER, as they said it's so very deep. I had 12 stitches put in. Soooo, I desperately NEED to do some physical therapy so I can JUST GET UP, after a fall. I KNOW I'm NOT the only one. 60+ years, female, I had many health issues & I cannot ❌ get up. I greatly appreciate it. Thank y'all! 👍♥️
You need to rest, drink warm tea - perhaps even chamomile or peppermint herbal tea. Increase your food intake to keep your healing. Listen to nice restful music. There's a really good RU-vid channel Daily Effective Prayer that has healing prayers. Hungry Generation church has powerful healing prayers too. If you don't take vitamins perhaps take some B vitamins and maybe magnesium. Eat lots of protein like eggs, meat, butter, cream etc. Make an appointment to see your doctor too incase there was an underlying reason for you having a fall. Rescue remedy drops is a lovely that helps emotional distress. You could also try soaking your feet with Epsom salts and essential oils, or a nice bath if you feel safe. Just try to be very gentle with yourself, ask your kids to help you. Take care. ❤🙏🏻 PS if you're still bleeding the doctors will have to check how your blood is clotting, or even check for vitamin deficiencies.
THANK YOU SO ,UCH FOR HELP WITH ALL OF THESE AREAS OF PAIN . I JUST HOPE I REMEMBER WHAT TO TYPE IN TO GET HELP WITH WHAT SPECIFIC AREA OF PAIN I HAVE WHEN I HAVE IT . PWW
At this point I am fully convinced you're listening to me because how else could I ever explain that every new video fits my pain. That or my whole body hurts. Might be both !
I have never had any problem with me hands however I do wear 42 rings and I find that I do a lot of things with them but if you're in pain the first thing people do is rub their hands together so when I was in surgery and they let me have my rings back and be bringing my hands and the nurses knew to bring me some pain medication I said how do you know and they said cuz you're ringing your hands together so there's a fun fact for you but wearing that many rings yes they go over the joints first joint and all the way down I can still do so much with my hands and I think the weight of them and me moving them helps but I love your videos because I learned a few things thank you And I do have nerve damage in my hands
You're smart, my husband made fun of my Jane Fonda at home, my son didn't like loud rock music/my dancing to it, now my husband (66) will make a vid called "Jane Fonda was right" and my son (a nurse) dearly appreciates healthy me! 💃
My bud has arthritis in her thumb, think she does anything about it besides whine? Then try explaining that arthritis is your body's reaction to damage.... As a typist have you any idea how often one's thumb hits the space bar in a continuous circular movement? My pain is gone now thank goodness as is my manual keyboard! 💅
