1 medium banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tsp honey

in a blender, add all ingredients, except honey
Allow the batter to stand for 5-10 minutes until thickened slightly.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat for 2 mins. Add a little cooking oil or cooking spray, pour a small portions of the batter in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and bubble. Flip and cook for 1 minute or 2. Serve with honey and desired toppings
2 beet panckaes 280 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp mashed banana (add 1 tbsp more if the batter is too thick)
1/2 cup oat flour
1 oz beetroot puree
1 tbsp greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
blueberries for toppings
1 tsp honey
in a blender, add all ingredients, except honey

for the first one, here are some tips: -Use 1 egg instead of 2. 2 eggs makes it taste like an omelette -Add cinnamon and vanilla extract for flavour or else it just taste bland and tastes like nothing -Add 2 TBSP yogurt for a thicker texture -Top it with strawberries and peanutbutter

I tried the first recipe and it was so sticky and burned in 30 seconds so i tried adding 2 tbsp of milk and it was fantastic and had its golden color really i recommend you adding 2 tbsp of milk

There's a problem with that statement, because there's no need to suffer, rather choose low calorie densed foods which taste good, that way you'll like the food that you're eating and continue it for life, rather than going on a salad freakin diet and giving up at the end, you're more likely to binge or fail with this diet, than if you'd have chosen a better one. I'd suggest you to watch ATHLEAN-X or GREG DOUCETTE In short, no need to suffer.

it's the whole batter. If you mix 1/4 of Quaker oats, 1 bananas, and 2 eggs it will total to around 320 - 360 calories and you'll be able to split it to around 3 pancakes as shown. so you can say that 1 pan cake is equals to 100-130 calories. (note: you might want to experiment with using 1 egg instead of 2 it will lower calories and might give it a better taste). It's not a bad recipe but you gotta make sure it fits into your macros. I'd recommend downloading an app called fitness pal should help you.

That’s actually not true the worst thing for your colesterol is not animal sources of proteins is actually carbs because the majority of your colesterol is produced by your liver when you eat too much carbs

well you can substitute the eggs with youghurt or buttermilk. Just add baking soda and baking powder to the batter. Or you can use just the egg whites. This is the basic recipe I use. 1/2 ripe banana 1/2 cup yoghurt or buttermilk ( or just add vinegar to milk) blend then well. 1/2 cup flour Add any flour ( oats flour, quinoa flour or multigrain) mix well and cook like any pancake. If you don't want anything too sweet try savoury pancakes. use this recipe and replace banana with egg whites . Add some salt and pepper Some chilli powder Garlic paste Add any chopped veggies. (onions, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes). Also its a good thing to add warm and hearty soups and curries to your diet. Hope this helps. Good luck 👍
