There is a very useful checkpoint if you keep riding the moving platform down at the end. I recommend having the cape. It's useful throughout the whole level, but in particular it allows you to kill the Magikoopas while still being able to continue through the level.
Coin #1 (0:24) - When the moving platform bends to the left the first time.
Coin #2 (0:40) - Near ceiling in moving platform area.
Coin #3 (1:13) - Just before the door.
Coin #4 (1:20) - Stay on the platform at the end instead of going through the door.
Coin #5 (1:20) - Immediately next to Coin #4.
Larry Fight (2:19): Very similar to the fight with Iggy, but there's 3 Lava Bubbles that jump out of the lava for added difficulty. Jump on him or shoot him with fireballs to knock him into the lava.
