keeping surroundings clean and organised is my thing, I mean I say this to my mom "parents insist their children on cleaning up and organising their space and wardrobe, mine is always perfect 😂" also listening music takes me away from anxiety and stress, really works. Lastly cooking an entire meal for yourself is soo good, I tried making noodles last week, took me an hour but worth it. Loved the video Drishti!! You genuinely looked happy after so long🤍

Whenever I feel too stressed, I find some time, lock myself in a room and sit with my journal. I write down all the random thoughts that come to my mind at that point of time and let my pen flow...till a time when I finally feel okay. Then I go through my writings and identify repeating patterns of thoughts. This practice helps me to delve deep into my inner-world, find out the root cause of my stressors and finally deriving the immediate/long-term action steps that I need to take in order to heal.

Thank you Drishti Ma'am for these tips and tricks ✨ I prefer spending time with nature - sitting beside plants, hearing the chirping of birds and feeding them, spending some time with Dogs & puppies. Besides these things, sometimes I also prefer going to a temple which I have been visiting since my childhood(however, I don't try this option very often as for this, it requires travelling through a busy road which in itself is hectic😅) and watching any movie that has been there in my wishlist. Also, I prefer listening about my role models and there stories. On my study table, I have written there names on a board. These things also motivate me and give me a kind of positive vibes somewhat similar to affirmations. Lastly, when I am just emotionally drained out, I prefer sitting alone, listening to my own thoughts like exactly what I'm feeling, what's exactly the thing that is disturbing me on a emotional level at that point of time, and then I talk to myself accordingly like in times of giving emotional support to myself, I do it, I try to become the best friend of mine, I often try to speak to God(I have a very small idol of Ganesh Ji on my study table, so during those moments I also encourage myself by saying that I'm not alone, at least he is there with me), in times of demotivation, i also try to motivate myself by reminding myself about my little achievements that i have made in my past and if needed, I cry also to get rid of that emotional pain. So these are the ways through which I show love to myself 🤍✨

- I also do deep breathing in the morning or in between the days. - I've made a vision board but not tried sticking notes things. - I also clean my surrounding clean and keep books close to my bed so that anytime I ll go to bed, I can pick the book easily to start reading. - Saloon things also on time including pedicure/Manicure sometimes😂 - Mostly eating healthy food only
