I have been on a journey for the last 5 months to get my weight down.Daily walks, adding your floor exercise to mine, and checking food labels, I have managed to take 7kilos/15lbs off my weight. Also, bs levels are going in the right direction. Walked into the Medical Centre for a review and I already knew the answers, I am healthier, leaner, fitter and stronger. So glad I came across your videos. I actually say hello to you before I start my exercises, that shows how integral you are to this retiree’s daily routine. Keep up the good work.💚💚🏴
Have you done modified workouts for people with injuries (knee, elbow, etc) Or, alternating rest days? I’ve learned the hard way I can’t do your workouts every day and have tried to find replacement exercises to fit into your routines
Thanks for the great job, could you please tell me which app do you use for the countdown timer? I like it and need to use for my videos. Many thanks 🙏
Thanks for showing wonderful morning wori I'll definitely start from tomorrow morning, I'll not be as perfect as you but I'll try my best to get result soon and I'll keep updating. Once again thanks.
both are true. (but yes-to REALLY, REALLY make them pop? - you're going to need some form of progressive overload. i.e. weighted crunches, weighted leg raises, the good ol' cable crunch, etc.) GOOD LUCK!
The only reason that I stopped doing this is the ads and I usually never skip ads to support the content creator. Problem is the placement of the ads really annoys me. First 2 ads were placed within 10 secs on the crunches and another 2 in the middle of the last exercise. Why? Atleast put them during the rest
OK I’m confused here. You got 2-3 morning routine videos that mainly focuses on the core area of the v cutt, upper and lower abs and obliques. One is 10 min one is 7 min and another is 5 min. What video do you think would be best to get the best results? Or should I combine all three videos and switch it up every morning? I’ve lost 30 pounds and I’m currently 183 pounds I’m ready to get shredded and commit. Please let me know thanks
