They dont offer hiphop dance classes in my area and honestly these classes are the best online i've found and are awesome for somebody that has zero dancing experience.

Is it dangerous for an U30 to start learning 💀 i like looking at ppl dancing but i also feel like my body is falling apart 💀 had ankle and knee injuries before as well and i cant even run good now so i’m hesitating joining a dance class
