Nique, what are you doing? LOL, You said you are not supposed to touch your hair and all you are doing is touching your hair. Hmmm, I think you did so to make your video 4 minutes and 44 seconds long...4:44. Maybe you did read my emails after all. Try listing all the points I made on a sheet of paper. Then it will really sink in. I could share a lot more, but you are probably over whelmed as it is for now. God Bless You and congratulations on making it 7 months on your new loc journey. :-)
