I know someone who was quoted close to 17000 out the door for an FXE after all the dealer fees and taxes in Washington state. I personally called a few dealers and was surprised at how much dealer mark up there was on it.

i have had the kollter ES1pro for 12 months and love it. Bought it to commute 8 miles there and 8 miles back twice a day i was driving an xtrail that cost in diesel over £50 a week the bike with charging. insurance. and servicing cost a about £8 a week and will pay for itself in about 2 and a half years given how much i use it other than for work.

I have a Sondors Metacycle. They sent the WRONG COLOR! Black. They won’t return my voicemails, so I guess I’ll just trash Sondors on line, sell the Metacycle and buy the Zero I was going to get before I got the email from Sondors offering the Metacycle.

First time hearing on Kollter, and I also like the Sondors MetaCycle. Obviously, the Zero FXS would be in my top three, but with Financing my Tao Leo is nearly the same price. An electronic dual sport is better than an E sport bike. I encourage everyone to please wear full gear, and practice as much as possible. These are not toys.

The Volcon, both from its name and its design, seems to be designed in the style of the Rokon gas-powered 2x2 (two wheel drive) motorcycle, that first appeared in 1958. I kind of wish that it were also two-wheel drive! I would be surprised if it is as much of a "grunt" as the Rokon is (it's still produced), but would love to be surprised. Oh, and you guys gotta pay attention! The prices are all in there except for the one(s) that are not yet in production. The Sondors (not Zondors) "empty space" is available for an optional supplemental battery. But the design as-is was meant to call attention to the fact that, hey, this is not a normal motorcycle! The gas tank is missing! Sondors is definitely a value leader in e-bikes as well, packing a lot of power into a low priced vehicle. But Zero is the one that has the extensive dealer/distribution network, which explains some of why their prices are higher. You expect to get something for that, and you probably will.

Yeah... They seem crazy expensive.. No gas or oil...or really much of any other cost, is good..but..after a few years, like any rechargeable battery.. They won't work as good or as long as new..it's a toss up.. Add poor service..if anything goes wrong...that would definitely put it over the top..lot of companies..too.

most places in the world your government will give you a grant to get upto 1 to 1.5k off a brand new electric vehicle. for bikes that is alot of money compared to electric cars all things considered

I’m looking for one that do. I just got refunded today the company said cus I told them I’m reporting fraud to my bank cus they hadnt produce a bike or a picture of the bike to date and they said delivery will be in December after 3 delays .. so I asked to be refunded since it’s damn near November and they hadn’t send a picture or posted one . But seriously, I'm glad some folks seem to like these, but folks that have been riding resl motorcycles (like cruisers, or touring bikes), the bikes in this video wouldn't be seen or thought of motorcycles. They do have 2 wheels, but other than that, it's just not comparing apples to apples.
