Thank you for this video, very interesting and well done. Blue Island has been on these lists for years and I can't believe that. It is one of the most private and most beautiful and practical islands I know. And that's for 80 million$? That is a lot of money, but there are not a few people who could afford it.
What a world we live in. Millionaires can go escape on serene private island when they are tired or bored. While we have to work our as all the dang time with no chance or anywhere to go to.
If the island isn't at least 1,000 ft in elevation I wouldn't buy it .. With sea level rising and the global tsunami expected when the asteroid hits you'll be underwater if you're not at least 1,000 ft elevation
The editor should be fired!! Saw the same rock formation at a beach head , like it was on three different islands, then show us a really nice golf course and say the island is undeveloped, looks to me just bunch of random pictures and calling them islands.

Personally, I would rather purchase a partially barren Island that I could plant a clump of 50 to 100 trees on and call the little forest area "Stephen's Grove."
@user-qi9yj9wv7w some your buying into just a small part,kind of like a HOA community,it's an island yes but it's not really "private". If I had the money to buy an island I would buy an island to where I can run around naked covered in blue paint and screaming like a barbarian and there ain't nobody around to tell me I can't.
