Definitely showering and getting ready is my must-do for productivity. I do it, head to my nearest coffee shop and sit with my computer/book to work/study. I find it best to get out of my house precisely to avoid all those littles "I'll check this downstairs" "I'll just go grab a snack" "I'll just play a bit with my brother"
I am a people pleaser, so when I am stressful, I prioritize Self-Love. If I love myself, what I should do and I just do it. I also have a morning ritual. It is so empowerful to breath in fresh air, walk in a garden, listen to nature sound etc. Just connect to the nature.
I really appreciate this type of video! I love self growth videos❤️ I agree with setting a timer. I do long study sessions and when I know when it will be done and I'll get a break it makes me more inclined to start. Thanks so much!
Thank you for making it sound so simple. Sometimes us overthinking things actually keeps us from achieving our goals. You lit a new motivation in me! Thank you.
Needed to watch this video, your last tip is definitely something I need to work on. I a big procrastinator, I get very overwhelmed and I try to do too much at one time, which doesnt help me and makes my anxiety worse. I could write you all my excuses and the hours spent wasting my time on making lists and goals that needs to be done. Instead I am just going to take your tips and just do it. Thank you xx
One of my hacks is to reward myself after getting done with my check list at the end of the day like having a really good meal or buying a new product .. it’s really works
I work from home so I like to work from 9-12, have a cuppa tea and my lunch then walk the dog, seems to be the best way for me to recharge ready for the afternoon!
This video has one of the most sensible and practical and it is very helpful to me. And yes I must not be watching random ( this is the first video of her that I've seen 😛) videos right now... So bye!! Gotta get work done!!
These tips are amazing! The “keep your phone away” one is a very great piece of advice; however, the self-timer is just the best idea ever! This way, I get to do small but constant checks on what it is I’m doing! Thank you! 💗🙏🏻💜✨😍
When you need to have your phone close to you, either because you use it to work or because you are expecting an important call you can put an instrumental music video in your phone. It can stop you from using the phone, because it is playing "work music".
Thank you so much for this video! It's been a VERY busy spring season and I find sometimes I get so stressed that I procrastinate just because of the fear of not getting everything done! These hacks will DEFINITELY help! -Kristen :)
Love this video. Especially step 6. I work so much better when I make the conciousness effort to remind myself why I'm working towards something and what will happen if I don't. Great video dear ♡
I work from home full time and when I do make the effort to actually get dressed into something other than my pj's I do work so much better ... I do still start my day in my jimmies but after my lemon water followed by one coffee I then go and get ready to actually be productive .. this is on a good day!
Girl!! You are speakin' my language! I've been talking about this on instagram this week. I may just have to mention your video tomorrow or Friday! Excellent suggestions!👍
Thank you, you just but a big smile on my face, "Just Do It!" Love It. I also want to thank you for all your inspiring food videos:-) I am in my 60's and you inspire me so much!!
I genuinely love your videos! So many great tips that are actually duable! Ok leaving your channel now to finish this article have been working on for days! (I'll be back in an hour ;))
OMG!!! you were talking to me!! Not so much the electronics so much, but the getting dressed, knowing my WHY and get off my butt and do it!! Going to do it now!! Shower time. :-)
Loved this helpful video. I have always been a self-motivated person, making lists, sticking to my detailed calendar. Well, for the most part. lol (Sometimes I do veg and just watch RU-vid all day. lol) Anyway, I get almost a "high" when I have a super productive day and finish before my self-appointed deadline. But here is my dilemma: Some days I am just as productive, but I don't feel that high and this makes me think I could have done more. It is almost like "yeah, but hey you did that same level yesterday, why don't you do better?" Ugh, I hate that about myself. Then the motivation plummets, then after a few mediocre days, I have a super productive day again to allay my guilt and it is a vicious cycle. My brain is not cooperating. I would prefer a sustainable good feeling and not so much highs and lows about it. I have tried having multiple projects and doing well in one, one day and then doing well in something else the next. It helps but still not quite there.
Ahh I know what you mean. It can be so hard to find that perfect balance. I always try to remind myself 'one step at a time' and to not get so hard on myself if I didn't reach my "expectations". xx
Thank you so much for these tips! :) Really helpful. I never thought about it before, but I definitely feel WAY better working from home when I've gotten out of pj's/ fully get ready for the day. Thank you!
Hahah I was literally working from home in my pjs checking my phone while I was listening to this video and working on a project. Hahaha Needless to say I am definitely going to try your tips! Also... for me to be more productive, I work best in a decluttered, clean and peaceful environment. That’s about the only thing I did right today hahaha okay....devices going away. Gotta get some work done 😆 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH GREAT CONTENT! I LOOOOOOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!
This is an amAzing video!!! Thank You so much, so much motivation here!! I needed this :-)) sleeping earlier is key for me to accomplish more the next day! All the best!
Thanks so much for this video! It's exactly what I needed to get me out of the rut. Subscribing to your channel is one of the best decisions I've done. Lots of love from a Cat Mom from the Philippines! ❤😻👍
Nice video.good content..l have a suggestion for you is that present your idea in a pleasant way...You r a little serious.Add more videoclips into each video..you can earn 1M.l can sure that..Thankyou from India
Sorry but "just do it" is the dumbest and most cliche piece of self-help advice out there. Not helpful at all. "Just do it" really means to just use brute force willpower, but you're not going to be able to go all day forcing yourself to do things you don't want to.
