Okay if we had property to rent out, we probably wouldnt be watching this video. Can you share more realistic and accessible ways to side-hustle/earn “passive income”? Also, would say there is no passive income - there are always trade-offs and opportunity costs.

Can you explain more about dividend income? You've mentioned quitting your job and living off of your investments. I'm curious what investor income looks like - brass tacks, on the ground, day to day. I'm trying get a clear image of "money coming in whether I'm health and able to work or not". I find I'm so conditioned to the ONE type of income (active/earned...from a job), that it's hard to imagine anything else. Even with any passive income, the habit and conditioning is: work hard, be busy that I found I was "creating" difficult because of the discomfort of the different (if that make sense). I want to have a clear picture of where I'm headed - and while I have a plan in place and am working my plan, I'm a ways off of having money invested in this way. But let's say that I had $1,125,000 invested at 8% bringing me $7500/month, how does that dividend income arrive?? Directly to your checking, straight into the trading/stock account - do they send a check by carrier pigeon??? I have no idea. And do you have to indicate that you want to pull that money out or does it get automatically reinvested unless you say otherwise. Thanks so much!
