The most successful agents i know go to the office daily and part of the team where they get leads eventually. So same happened to me as soon as I joined the team and got re partners abroad that invest own money into the marketing I started getting leads and do sales. That’s all i can say after 17 years of my experience. Never done knocking the doors and only done warm calling.

1. Run out of money 2. Get discouraged seeing no results 3. Go hard in the beginning then get distracted 4. Unrealistic expectations 5. Self sabotage 6. Focus on the negative (the wrong thing) 7. They hate being a real estate agent
