Thambi...Iam an example for shedding weight using IF(not eating anything after 6 PM) I lost close to 20Kgs in 8 months and guess what Iam able to sustain it and am more healthier and fitter now.... without much of workouts...max I do is streching and little bit of cardio....

@@smstamil8811 Its not about skipping breakfast bro..most important thing is to not eat anything after sunset. So neenga evening 6.30 kulla saaptu mudichirukanum. Adhuku aprom u should not eat anything not even a fruit or a biscuit or a cup of milk. Next day morning 8.30 ku sapdunga...by this you will be on fasting for 14 hrs. Indah time la dhan fat burning nadakum...try for 5 months continuously ...u will start seeing results..

Thank you so much brother. I'm a beginner going to the gym for 3 months now. I could clearly see the mistakes I've made so far though the intention for fitness is there. Some of the common mistakes like: Not tracking calories after a few weeks, Rare cardio, Improper sleep, Low protein, Good progress in workout but with improper diet. And last but not the least - NOT ADDING OIL in the tracker says a lot about it. I guess that I've missed about 200-300 calories often. Anyway, I don't see these three months as a waste of any means because this is where I got to know about a healthy lifestyle, love for the body and learnt cooking which is a huge W for me. Hope I'll transform my body better in a few months with better balance.

Really enjoyed the video. One doubt. I reduced my weight from 110kgs to 86kgs in 4 months. Now i have stopped my weight loss sessions and started my Body toning sessions like started doing weights. But im still following my diet just had some minor changes in my diet. Its been 4 to 5 months but still couldnt see any changes.
