QUESTION: I have a Roku device on one TV. I know how to make a "Favorites" menu. But on my other TV, it has "Google Live TV" pre-installed. I do not have a Roku Device installed on that TV. However, I did download the "Roku Channel" appl. This lets me watch all the Roku Live Channels on my Hisense Google TV. Is there a way for me to specifically enter channel numbers or create a "Favorites" number rather than using the up/down arrows? The Hisense Google TV remote does not have "number" buttons and does not have an "asterisk" button for "Favorites."

Where can I get support? I lost roku connect to TV when TV had to be rebooted thus morning. Roku remote can turn on TV again but screen is frozen on get ESPN screen. U tried connecting advice...remove stick, removed remote batteries replug stick but never saw bouncing roku to connect

I ordered a Roku stick for my Vizio set and would like to know how to change the television inputs so I can use the disc player. Everything I see is using a TCL Roku which is pointless for me. The Power On can no longer be adjusted to go directly to an app. Tried doing that today 11/8/22 while watching your video. That would have been nice though.

i bought a new roku remote with headphone jack. the sound is so faint can't hear 99%. tried everything. my previous one which is still in use plays loud enough but dog chewed while i was recharging the double A batteries. is there a way to make the new remote sound loud as the previous types? or repair the old one?

I am a beginner...for the most part. I've got my TV running...and i'm setting up a second TV. Question: I have a TCL series 6 Roku Tv and was having surround sound issues (CEC/HDMI). I found an obscure post saying their Chromecast was messing with the CEC/HDMI and having no sound coming from the speakers. They said they just removed the Chromecast device (HDMI) and now the surround sound was working. Well, I tried this tip and yes, it worked. My surround sound is now functioning. Before the CEC stated “no devices located”…now it sees the SONY Receiver. Do you know why this would be? And how I can hook up my Mii Box with Chromecast and still have sound through the receiver/speaker system? I’m stumped.
